Seasonal Table Flowers for Pubs, Restaurants & Cafés
A small posy on every table is one of the simplest ways to make a pub, restaurant or café feel cared for. Guests notice it the moment they sit down, and it shows up in every photo they post.
The trouble with fresh flowers is the upkeep. Water needs changing, stems wilt by the weekend, and someone has to clear away the dead ones before service. Dried flowers solve that. They need no water, stay looking the same for months, and only need swapping when the season changes.
At Desert Dreams we make seasonal hospitality table flowers by hand in our Newbury studio, for cafés, pubs, restaurants, hotels, bars and salons across the UK. Here's how each season looks, and how it all works.
Four seasons of table flowers
Each collection is a set of four mini bouquets, roughly 15 to 20cm tall, sized for a bud vase on a café or dining table.

Winter: cosy and festive
White cotton buds, soft bunny tails and red berries bring a warm, wintry feel from November to February, without tipping into tinsel. It looks just as right in January as it does at Christmas, so there's no rush to take it down.

Spring: light and fresh
Pampas, bunny tails, eucalyptus and gypsophila in soft whites and greens. Perfect for brightening up a room as the evenings get lighter, and a lovely backdrop for Mother's Day and Easter bookings.

Summer: natural and airy
Natural, beige and white tones in a relaxed, meadow-style mix. Ideal for beer gardens, terraces and bright brunch spots.

Autumn: warm and rustic
Eucalyptus, burnt-orange gypsophila, wheat and poppy seed heads in purples, oranges and naturals. Made for Sunday roasts, harvest menus and log-fire evenings.
Finishing touches
Pair your posies with our glass bud vases for a clean look, or browse vases and pots for something more rustic. For a bar top, reception desk or fireplace, a pampas vase arrangement makes a bigger statement.

Dried vs fresh table flowers: what it really costs
Each seasonal set is £19.99 for four tables, which works out at about £5 per table for the whole season, or roughly £1.67 per table per month. Fresh flowers typically need replacing every week, so the cost and the time add up quickly across a busy dining room.
